My Pit Bull Challenge 2012

PIT BULLS ARE SAFER THAN ALCOHOL

According to some 'experts' there is a Pit Bull attacking someone or something every hour of every day. It is often posted that Pit Bulls kill more people than any 'breed'. 

So my challenge:  Post at least 3 different biting incidents involving a dog proven to be a Pit Bull weekly (by every Saturday) and if there is a fatality due to a dog that has been proven a Pit Bull post that. According to "experts" there will sadly be around one every other week. If the so called "experts" are correct. 

The rules are:

   

1.       Proven = the owner states the dog is a Pit Bull or it has been proven through kennel clubs documentation.

2.       Time limit = Post must not be of a incident that is more than 6 days old.

3.      Trustworthy Source =The source of the information must be from a mainstream press news release and include at least one supporting newspaper link from the incidents location.

4.     The local law enforcement or AC must be involved in "the investigation".

5.     Follow up will be posted if and when they occur.

NOT ALLOWED:  Incidents not on Canadian or U.S.A soil. Dogs described as Pit Bull "type", "mix", "reported as a" or anything that requires guessing or assuming.  Any other post that do not meet all the requirement listed 1-5 above. Now let us see what happens.
